How often do you have your emotional blow up? When I say "blow up," I do not just mean that you are doing physical damages, such as yelling at someone or breaking something. A blow up can also mean sabotaging or ruining a relationship, an opportunity, a project, a possibility, or even a dream. We must understand that it is fine to be angry because it is a normal human emotion. As long as our anger is met with honesty and courage and expressed in a healthy ways, we can turn this anger into a powerful source that can fuel us to do something beautiful and great.
