"Acupuncture without Needles" is a concept that was inspired by the teachings of GrandMaster Chao Kok Sui (GMCKS), the Founder of Pranic Healing. GMCKS originally wanted to create a healing system to help the general public by using the Chinese Acupuncture Meridian Theory. However, he modified his Pranic Healing by utilizing the 11-Chakra system rather than the traditional Acupuncture Meridian Theory due to the complexity of the Acupuncture Meridian Theory, which will take up years of training for an individual to master the knowledge.
AcuPrana was created by a Pranic Healer, Lingfei Hui in early 2012. Lingfei has completed several intensive training programs, including a diploma with 500 hours of training in Advanced Traditional Chinese Tui Na Massage, extensive training in Pranic Healing Level I, Advanced Pranic Healing, Pranic Healing Psychotherapy, Pranic Crystal Healing, Pranic Psychic Defense, and Arhatic Yoga Prep with Master Stephen Co in California. Currently, Lingfei is working towards her Doctoral degree in Oriental Medicine and Western Medicine Research at Life University.
Lingfei became a Pranic Healer while she was still in the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine training program in 2011. In 2012, she obtained a Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine with 3120 hours of academic and internship training. Out of the 3120 hours of training, she has successfully completed 1000 hours of internship training which was 40 hours more than required in the curriculum.
Throughout her internship period, she was able to utilize both Traditional Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture knowledge and Pranic Healing techniques to help many patients at the school's low cost community clinics in Anaheim and Los Angeles. Many patients noticed that the results were amplified in a positive way tremendously comparing to BEFORE combining the Pranic Healing techniques and AFTER combining the Pranic Healing techniques after patients were being needled. She was totally ecstatic with the amazing results.
Not long after achieving those amazing results with her patients at the clinics, she was inspired by Master Stephen Co's teachings about "Invisible Needles" rather than actual needles using "Prana" in one of his classes. Although Master Stephen Co has mentioned several times in his classes in the past, no one Pranic Healer who has Acupuncture license or training is determined to utilize this "Invisible Needles" technique and the Meridian Theory on a regular and consistent basis and continue to do more clinical researches, except Lingfei who was amazed with the power of the "Invisible Needles" using "Prana" when working her patients, families, friends, and even on herself. Great comments and feedback from others are very encouraging.
Although most people believe in "No Pain No Gain" motto, Lingfei believes that Holistic Healing Arts should utilize non-invasive and painless processes and methods whenever it is possible as a first choice. The motivation behind creating AcuPrana is that a Healing Method should be selected with the most effective tool producing the best results within the shortest amount of time. Lingfei does not intend to discount any other modalities or knowledge. She respects that all modalities and techniques have their own uniqueness and powerful results. In AcuPrana, she chose to use not just the Chakra system, but also the Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture Theory. She combined the best from both worlds, Chakra System and Meridian Theory (which can be perceived as MINI Chakra Systems). She has noticed that some people who decided not to get Acupuncture treatments only because they are afraid of needles and some just do not like to be touched at all, even though they knew that Acupuncture could help them with their conditions. Therefore, She decided to use the "Invisible Needles" which she now called it "AcuPrana." With AcuPrana, this issue can be resolved.
