Our desires often define us. This can be positive for us or not, depending on which desires we are allowing the world to see. It does not matter so much what people think of our desires, but it does matter if the desires bring us pain. This is an issue of excessive wanting which will lead to "I want.." Then it will lead to "If only" followed by "Why me" syndrome. It is fine to be passionate about something as long as we seek understanding. Start to understand what your desires represent. ~ D. M.
