Therefore, in order to live a healthy and happy life. The simplest things to do can be smiling more often (by thinking about something happy or joyful), listening to music, doing regular exercise, maintaining positive body postures, and practicing mindfulness and meditation. Simply taking a few deep breaths engages the Vagus nerve which triggers a signal within your nervous system to slow heart rate, lower blood pressure and decreases cortisol.
